Propel acquires major stake in Ireland’s Omega

Crushing and screening equipment manufacturer Propel Industries, which is part of the 300 million pounds AV Group in Tamil Nadu, has acquired a major stake in Ireland-based Omega crushing and screening for an undisclosed amount.

This strategic partnership aims to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to the global crushing and screening market.

Propel and Omega will combine their strengths to enhance product development and introduce advanced crushing and screening solutions. Both companies will integrate eco-friendly practices in their manufacturing processes, contributing to a greener future.
